Breakfast with the producers

Let’s do justice to the most important meal of the day with the artisanal products of UNISG alumni businesses. From the chocolate of Cacao Disidente directly from Colombia, the pastries of Mamù from Alessandria, Petricor jams from the orchards of Lucinasco, sheep and goat milk yogurt from Alba di Campolieto, organic herbal teas from Wilden Herbals and coffee by Santaromero.

There are numerous occasions to enrich your visit, learn something new and exchange on a variety of topics around the world of food and everybody involved in its journey from farm to fork. We talk about agroecology, rural tourism, regeneration and other issues in sustainable agriculture.

There are tastings too, of course! Learn through taste, and savor gastronomic specialties from near and afar, including dairy products from the desert of Negev and chocolate from Colombia. Did you know vinegar can be used in cocktails? Come and taste it for yourself!

After a full day of events, come and relax with an aperitif organized by the alumni of the University of Gastronomic Sciences, from 7pm to 8pm, on the Thursday to Sunday of the event, discovering new delicacies to taste and thirst-quenching artisanal beverages.
