Deliberate exposure to oxygen during maturation gives rise to the unmistakable flavors that characterize a small but legendary family of mineral-flavored, seafaring wines.

From Marsala to Bosa and from Jerez to Oristano with a detour to Jura, we will taste for ourselves the effects of oxygen on wine and discover some of the ways in which diversity can be restored to the art of winemaking, expanding it toward horizons alluring and unknown.
