Prepare for a multisensory odyssey through the world of cacao in which you will explore this legendary food’s deep connection with the culture and identity of Ecuador, Mexico, and Brazil.

In this Taste Workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to meet cacao producers and experts from Latin America and, through their stories, immerse yourself in the traditions and flavors that define cacao, with a multisensory approach that involves touch and smell as well as taste.

In addition to pure chocolate, you’ll taste pozol, a fermented chocolate beverage typical of Mexican culture.

This event is on sale on our website until September 24. During Terra Madre, you can check in with Events Reception to find out if there are still tickets available.

Terra Madre Salone del Gusto is presented by Slow Food, the City of Turin, and the Piedmont Region. We look forward to seeing you at Parco Dora in Turin from Thursday, September 26 – Monday, September 30. Through food, we can rediscover ourselves as part of nature. #TerraMadre2024.
