Prepare yourself for a sensory excursion into the world of Italian breakfast.

Come start your day with a selection of sweet and savory Italian breakfast treats, each accompanied by a different coffee. This workshop, rich in flavor and tradition, is based on the book Colazione italiana (Italian breakfast), developed by Lavazza and Ferran Adrià’s elBullifoundation according to elBulli’s Sapiens methodology, and published in 2021 as part of the Bullipedia series.

This Taste Workshop, led by pastry chef Marco Pedron, will take place inside the Lavazza Museum, an engaging space that you can explore on your own after the workshop (for morning sessions) or beforehand (for activities starting after 6 p.m.). Tickets are available online while seats last and until a few minutes before the event begins.

The cost, which includes the Taste Workshop and entry to the Museum (after 10 a.m. for morning workshops and between 5-6 p.m. for evening workshops), is:

  • €25 full price
  • €20 reduced price for Slow Food members
