Prepare to stamp your culinary passport on a round-the-world tip through the coffee belt, and into diverse coffee cultures, habits, and tastes.

From Turkish coffee to Brazilian cafezinho to Senegal’s café touba, discover how the language of coffee changes from country to country.

This workshop is led by coffee experts Francesco Viarizzo and Fabio Andrano.

This Taste Workshop will take place inside the Lavazza Museum, an engaging space that you can explore on your own after the workshop (for morning sessions) or beforehand (for activities starting after 6 p.m.). Tickets are available online while seats last and until a few minutes before the event begins.

The cost, which includes the Taste Workshop and entry to the Museum (after 10 a.m. for morning workshops and between 5-6 p.m. for evening workshops), is:

  • €25 full price
  • €20 reduced price for Slow Food members
