This workshop will delight your senses and broaden your knowledge with a thousand and one uses of coffee in pursuit of an intriguing mission: to create the perfect spoonable dessert.

This Taste Workshop, led by pastry chef Guido Castagna, will take place inside the Lavazza Museum, an engaging space that you can explore on your own after the workshop (for morning sessions) or beforehand (for activities starting after 6 p.m.). Tickets are available online while seats last and until a few minutes before the event begins.

The cost, which includes the Taste Workshop and entry to the Museum (after 10 a.m. for morning workshops and between 5-6 p.m. for evening workshops), is:

  • €25 full price
  • €20 reduced price for Slow Food members
