In 2024 we mark 100 years since the inception of biodynamic agriculture and consider what the wellbeing of plants, animals, humans, and the planet will look like in the future.

Today, the lectures that Rudolph Steiner gave at Koberwitz in 1924 still remind us of the importance of a vision of the world as an organic entity and of farms as self-sufficient organisms. The fundamental principle of biodynamics, a set of agricultural practices that eschews chemicals, is to activate the living substances of the Earth so that they can nourish plants. Everything is done with respect for nature, its rhythms, and the goal of wellbeing.
